Aims and Objectives

It is the global aim of this project to multiply the results of the EMMT- project to a new and broader audience. At the same time – through the co-operation with “The European Forum for Vocational and Technical Education and Training (EFVET)” the project will create a broader European partnership facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience concerning management training. At the same time all partners involved in the project have access to strong national networks, which will create a substantial impact on the political and operational levels in each country.
All in all a very strong partnership has been formed. The members of the partnership are convinced that the outcome of the project will create a best practice model, that will results in substantial changes in the approach to managerial training. This approach will ensure that the innovative activities of the partnership are continued and disseminated to a broad audience – effectively. The target group is training institutions from both existing partner countries and new European countries (including associated countries)
As mentioned the global aim is to disseminate and multiply the results of the EMMT project throughout an appropriate work plan. The dissemination will be based on the expertise and innovatory approaches of the established European expert group. The impact of the project will be the establishment of an enlarged transnational partnership. Based on the results of EMMT1 the transnational partnership will organise training activities in four European countries.
