Organisation of the project

The project will use the project organisation as the way of work. The following groups will be formed:

A European Training Expert Group will be established with representatives from the participating ni European training institutions. This group will attend two work seminars during the project and together with the project co-ordinator adjust the training concept in accordance with the recommendations in the evaluation report. The group will on the basis of a detailed work plan develop new European approaches A European Steering Committee has been established - EFVET will act as a dissemination partner and the contractor. A European co-ordinator and evaluator. The European co-ordinator will conduct the work of the experts group and the results will be assessed in order to identify a new training scheme for managers in the European Training Sector Four European workgroups with the task of organising the four training session in their own country.
